nice community but you really need to want the golf lifestyle. i visited a friend and its beautiful but i personally would get bored, nothing walkable nearby. villas are spacious tho, cant argue with that

Very green area, the houses have this European looking roofs with tiles that look very nice. Connectivity is great as well, having almost direct access to Al Khail Road. If you like having a view of greenery, look no further
