The only townhouses/villas near Shk Zayed Road where you are not cramped for living space, and at such an affordable price ! Great neighbors and surroundings, as Nakheel working on upgrading looks and landscaping.

Friendliness, facilities and location. I wouldn't change anything. It's close to everything I want and need, has a 24hr convenience store on the doorstep and always a taxi outside...
