Developed by Nakheel, this enclave features a collection of spacious, detached villas set amidst landscaped parks and quiet streets. The community is characterized by its family-friendly environment, contemporary architectural styles, and a focus on privacy and comfort. Jumeirah Park Regional Regional offers freehold ownership, making it an attractive option for both local and international buyers seeking a tranquil suburban lifestyle with easy access to Dubai’s major business and leisure hubs.
Jumeirah Park Regional is renowned for its generous villa layouts, lush green spaces, and a comprehensive suite of amenities designed for modern family living. Residents enjoy a harmonious blend of privacy, convenience, and community spirit.
Jumeirah Park Regional is strategically situated in the heart of Jumeirah Park, bordered by Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311). The community enjoys a peaceful suburban setting while being just minutes from Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Lake Towers, and Ibn Battuta Mall. The area is known for its wide, tree-lined streets, low-density layout, and proximity to key business districts, making it ideal for families seeking tranquility without sacrificing connectivity.
The community is well-served by major road networks, ensuring smooth access to the rest of Dubai. Public transportation options are available nearby, though private vehicles remain the most convenient mode of travel for residents.
Each villa in Jumeirah Park Regional features a private, covered garage with space for multiple vehicles. Additional parking is available on the villa’s driveway, and visitor parking is generally accommodated along the community’s wide streets. The low-density design ensures ample parking and privacy for residents and guests.
Jumeirah Park Regional exclusively offers spacious, detached villas in three, four, and five-bedroom configurations. These homes are designed for families seeking privacy, space, and a strong sense of community. Villas feature expansive living and dining areas, multiple ensuite bedrooms, modern kitchens, and staff quarters. Architectural styles are contemporary with Mediterranean influences, and most homes include private gardens, terraces, and covered parking. The community’s design emphasizes privacy, comfort, and a harmonious living environment.
I’ve lived in Jumeirah Park for the past 8 years and it has honestly been one of the best communities I’ve experienced in Dubai. The neighbourhood feels very friendly and inclusive. There are lots of community events organised for kids around holidays like Christmas, Diwali and Halloween, outdoor movie nights and other activities that bring families together. Location-wise, it’s extremely convenient. Jumeirah Islands Pavilion is only about a 5-minute drive away and has some fantastic restaurants and cafés by the lake. The JP Pavilion is just about 3 km away and covers most day to day needs. Springs Souk and Meadows Souk are also very close by, with great restaurants, a cinema, Spinneys, Carrefour, Fitness First, Warehouse Gym, pet stores and pharmacies - so most of the time you really don’t need to go far for anything. We’re also very close to JBR, Bluewaters, Dubai Marina and JLT, which makes it easy to enjoy beach days, restaurants and nightlife outside but not far away from the community. Connectivity to other areas is not too bad either - Media City, the Palm, JLT and JVT are all an easy drive away. The only small downside is that the metro isn’t within walking distance. The closest station is DMCC in JLT, so it usually requires a quick taxi or drop-off. Overall, Jumeirah Park for me is a really nice balance of being peaceful, green and family-oriented while still being close to some of the city’s best areas.
