Great residencial area with proximity to all key places in Dubai. Peaceful and green.

A quiet escape from the city and construction. JVT offers a great neighborhood for those looking for a small community with great schools and parks. An older community but still well maintained by the master developer Nakheel. Great for families and those that work in media city as it is a short drive.
