A quiet escape from the city and construction. JVT offers a great neighborhood for those looking for a small community with great schools and parks. An older community but still well maintained by the master developer Nakheel. Great for families and those that work in media city as it is a short drive.
Location is amazing. It has schools, supermarkets malls and great community. Largest garden size in dubai.
The finishing of the villas is one of the best I have seen in Dubai, great quality, unlike others The area is still lacking the basic services but it is slowly developing, only 10 min away from Marina and great value for money
