While the community is moderately family-friendly with decent greenery and walking paths near Al Ittihad Park, the experience is often dampened by high noise and heavy traffic levels. It is a prestigious address for those prioritizing beach access and luxury, but day-to-day commuting and local congestion remain the biggest challenges for residents.

pool and gym. You have to cross the street. Noise background constantly there and doesn’t get better into the night.

SPACIOUS FLATS. VERY KIDS FRIENDLY. The private beach + pool are awesome. But COCKROACHES. No maintenance. Nahkeel management are just annoying but don’t so anything about the mess...
