I love that the building has everything, from Grocery (choithrams) to Coffee Shops, restaurants, pharmacy, dentist, Derma clinic, laundry shop, spa, male salon, etc.! It's in a strategic location too in terms of views, it has sea view and mangrove views. Guest parking is abundant too! Tenant parking is located on basement with access control. It has service elevator for your huge furniture transfer. Something you cannot have in other property in ras al khaimah is the ceiling height! It is 3.5m high making your apartment feel super spacious!
