We are staying in New Muweilah Commercial for more than 1year now. We love this community! Even this is outside Dubai, you will enjoy the community. My kids really enjoy the community park and there’s a lot of amazing coffeeshops and restaurants here, pharmacies and groceries are available too! Plus accessible to the different schools and Zahia City Center is just 10-15mins away only! But if you are working in Dubai, please have long patience as the traffic is you know…..
Traffic will be there, especially near Nesto and Safari Mall and more on weekends. No pool. Rent price is ok. Good for family. Not noisy. Parking is good.
