DSQ Real Estate is an independent brokerage and advisory firm working across sales, leasing, property management and commercial property. We are not tied to any one developer, so the advice a client receives is based on what the market and the numbers support rather than what we have been given to sell.
Most of our clients are investors, and we work the way investors think. Entry price against recent comparable transactions in the same building or community. Realistic net yield after service charges, not the gross figure quoted in a listing. Rental demand and tenant profile. Resale depth and how quickly a unit is likely to move when the time comes. If the numbers do not stand up, we say so before a client commits rather than after.
For sellers, the same discipline applies. Honest pricing based on evidence, a clear view of where the unit sits against current competition, and proper management of the process through to transfer.
We handle the full cycle. Sourcing and acquisition, negotiation, transfer and registration through the Dubai Land Department, leasing and tenant placement, and ongoing property management once the asset is held. For clients buying from overseas we manage the process end to end and can introduce trusted partners for company formation, bank account opening, tax advice, visas and Golden Visa applications.
We deal with apartments, villas, commercial units, land and joint venture opportunities for clients in the UAE and internationally. A large share of our business comes through referrals and through agents and firms abroad whose clients are looking at Dubai.
DSQ Real Estate was founded by Danish Salim Qureshi. Originally from the UK, he bought his first property at 21 and spent the following years building and running businesses across other sectors while continuing to invest in UK property himself. He made his first personal investment in Dubai in 2019, relocated in 2021, and established DSQ Real Estate alongside DSQ International Limited in the UK. He remains an active investor in both markets, which is why the firm approaches every deal from the buyer's side of the table rather than the seller's.
