Prepare to embrace stress if you move here. No gas connection for 3 months(solved now), bad smell in kitchen and washroom, mold on the walls, swimming pool never worked, maintenance crew that try to fix something several times “saying it is fixed sir” without properly fixing, noise from construction sites around, prepare for flat tires as construction workers around don’t clean the roads with long industrial nails that will be waiting for your car to drive over them, illegal parking in front of the building, fire alarm triggers all the time, AC thermostat doesn’t set temperature correctly. Note this building started leasing only in mid-July...
