Excellent peaceful area to live with surrounding waters all side. Great place with many parks and play areas for kids, family friendly, pet friendly. High rise buildings with great view.

Maintenance should be improved. First, you have to call the call center more than three times and wait a lot for them to come.

Free guest parking is only 1 hour. Usually, the guests stay for 2-3 hours
