Centrally located with access to almost everything in Dubai - approximately 15 min to both sides, Downtown and Dubai Marina. Located directly across from Dubai Hills along the newly upgraded Umm Suqeim road. Near this district you can easily find several hospitals, the Dubai Hills Mall, Miracle Garden, the Arabian Ranches Golf Course and so much more. Great for apartment style living.

I’m Esther staying in JEWELZ by Danube ,and the security team are very helpful,and very professional,Maintenance are also good,so I will edge everyone to come here and experience good community , and Good service from the staff.the reception are very civilized. A building with better facilities in Arjan
