Barsha Heights has become Dubai's new center for both residential and business community with direct metro station i.e Dubai Internet City. It has direct connectivity to Shaikh Zayed Road as well as easy access to other major communities like Greens, JVC & Motor city to name few. You can reach malls in Marina & Palm Jumeira to Mall of the Emirates in less than 10mins. Similarly quick accessibility to beaches of JBR & Jumeirah. Barsha Heights is well planned community for both residents and commercial.
The building is old yes, but so far its the most affordable in Tecom. Weve been here for 2 years. We had a heater leak just this week and maintenance dont know when they will replace tank but I like it here. Its close to metro and very quiet nobody disturbs us. Although chiller is weak and btw its Free chiller so who are we to complain
I lived in the building for 9 years. I have beautiful memories. The building is great There is a wonderful garden in the building. The building is the best place for a family in Tecom . A large children's games hall. There is also a karate club
The Building is old, theres a lot of cockroach, no pest control and hard to call maintenance. Been in the building for 6 years and they never repaint my apartment even once.
Its almost impossible to find a parking space here in the tower.
