Really enjoying living here. Right on the Marina - perfect views and great walks. Security is great and a good communal atmosphere. Shops and restaurants in basement area and intercontinental next door for special occasions.

Great position on the marina. Security is excellent and maintenance is good. Development always looks clean and tidy. Super views of the marina. Love walking on Marina Walk every day.

Super place to stay— right on the marina with lovely views. Close to JBR to enjoy the buzz but far enough away not to suffer from the noise pollution that residents on JBR have to endure. Maintenance is pretty good — requests for repairs seem to processed quickly.

The quality of building staff has significantly reduced since they changed the management company. When you have a problem, all you hear are excuses. Pool is well sized, but not always super clean. Traffic is less of a problem compared to other options around. Medium quality finishing. The major upside is the people living in the building who are really nice.

Love living in Bay Central. It is super convenient and comfortable in every aspect, as well as high end life style. Amazing canal views, beautiful spacious bright apartment, quiet, nice professionals as neighbours, pool overlooking the canal, 5 min. walk to beach and JBR walk with cinemas and Marina Mall. Parking spaces are good, nice entrance hall with good security and staff. Zoom supermarket in building bringing up everything in minutes.

This place is really centrally located with hotels, cafes and restaurants, enjoyed our stay, we lived in a unit that opened up to the marina and the views were fab!

Plenty of nice places to eat by the marina.we had a relaxed walk and took in the views of the beautiful yatch.very neat and clean.

The building is one of the best here in marina.the staff and neighbours are good.no regrets living here.

Hi at all, nice tower to live. everything in good conditions and nice marina and partly sea view. only thing - guest parking more or less not possible, and ground noise from the street and main ac from the building
