The property is fantastic. And the landlord even better. I have lived here for over a year with my family of 4 and have nothing to complain about.

I have been in this building almost 4 years, very bad experience , maintenance is soooooo bad. The air conditioning is always down and they do not know how to fix. No parking for visitors. Gym and pool are soo bad and dirty. I do not advise staying in any of the Diamonds buildings

It's an amazing building that is close to metro and tram, has great marina views, is well maintained and is located in not so conjusted part of Dubai Marina

One of the best buildings in Marina where affordability meets great views and good maintanence. Have been staying here for 5 years and enjoying every bit of it. The location is simply the best offering excellent views and with proximity to metro and tram.

Security for me is essential in any building, and for me this building checks out all the boxes needed to feel secure.

Reasonably priced and best place to live in Dubai.
