I own an apartment there, lovely views and very family oriented and close to the beach, cinema and the new five building.
It's one of the few buildings left with seaview.
You have this and another building where sea view isn't blocked by new buildings coming up.
It's close to everything, the area is alive 24/7 you can always walk and see tourists.
Unlike anything else in Dubai.
