pool and gym. You have to cross the street. Noise background constantly there and doesn’t get better into the night.

Can be easily inproved but Nahkeel management is a mess

SPACIOUS FLATS. VERY KIDS FRIENDLY. The private beach + pool are awesome. But COCKROACHES. No maintenance. Nahkeel management are just annoying but don’t so anything about the mess...

Great location: short distance to everywhere in "new dubai" easy access to SZR. A lot of services; supermarkets, restaurants, clothing & shoe stores, spas with in walking distance.
