The view is stunning. It’s a well-maintained property and has the second biggest lake among all the Springs communities. The property is in excellent condition.

his is the smallest of the Spring community, and is directly accessible from the first signal in Al-Asayel street. it is a walking distance from the new Springs Souk and the meadows village. and you can walk simply next to lakes till you reach the exit. the community is rather small, therefore is very quite and child friendly. ideal for a family with kids, with ample park and access to the large lake between 9,10,and 12
