Dubai Marina is generally a great community; however, commute-wise, it is extremely difficult. Going in and out of the Marina is not necessarily the easiest commute. Additionally, because of the tram, you will encounter a lot of traffic lights. Let alone the fact that it is known for being a tourist community, it gets extremely busy during the winter months, starting in November and lasting until February. Lived here since a more than a year and absolutely loved it. Traffic can be a challenge during peak hours. Marina also offers great connectivity across tram, metro and bus.
