A studio of this size in the marina with a 24h supermarket downstairs, a good gym and chiller free in such a central location is amazing for the price.

Living on rent in 1bhk. 1. Maintenance very good. Quarterly the building gets cleaned. Floor cleaning is excellent and hygiene is excellent. In this covid situation, lifts are desanitized every 2 hours. Freshly painted in 2019 including the whole building and parking area. 2. Construction quality very good. Brick mortar building, almost no use of fiber plastic so less chance of fire. 3. Gym / pool no issue. 4. Security staff is good as well as not dictatorial about rules. Use common sense, show flexibility and accommodate to reasonable extent. 5. Layout. 800 sq ft 1bhk. Very Good. 2bhk smaller bedrooms unnecessarily long living room. 6. Guest parking..yes an issue. Paid parking outside but depending on time of day..may or may not be free. 7. Traffic jam..really big issue office timings 8 to 10am, 5pm to 8pm. Started happening from late 2018. Sometimes it takes 40 minutes just to reach szr. 8. Choitram in the building makes it very convenient. 10 to 15 minute walk to marina beach jbr as well as jlt metro. 9. Coffee shops in the build and across the road ..two other than Rove and Wyndham hotels. Some passable restaurants within 5 to 7 minutes walk. Nutshell - if you can work around the traffic jam situation. Excellent place.

Would rate it better than other towers in Marina as its the first tower after the exit and hence easy to reach compared to others which are congested. Facilities are good & its a nice & clean place. Security not fully trained to be polite or possibly thats their nature. Overall nice place to live. Had a good view from my apartment as well.

We’ve had a horror story as soon as we booked a property for rent , to find out no maintenance has been done. The building has no sound proofing on windows , the traffic is so regular that going to and from office has become a nightmare. The building has individual owners who do not take ownership of maintenance, regular leaks within the walls and from air conditioning, which neither the owner nor the building maintenance will fix. They might swindle with a paint job that will get overridden by fungus due to leaks within the structure. Advise is it is not worth the hassle kindly ensure the property is assessed and worth the hassle else do not waste money and time as the owners and maintenance teams are not responsive, finally they swindle from your deposits.

This area of Dubai Marina has great potential for an investment but unfortunately the traffic is unbearable trying to get out and get in during peak hours. Hopefully the authorities will do something about the traffic congestion especially that the 2 new towers next to the bridge will be nearing completion, and the completion of the new building next to DEC Tower 1. Also the Owners management company needs to improve their performance.

Dubai Marina is one of the best communities in Dubai

Dubai Marina is generally a great community; however, commute-wise, it is extremely difficult. Going in and out of the Marina is not necessarily the easiest commute. Additionally, because of the tram, you will encounter a lot of traffic lights. Let alone the fact that it is known for being a tourist community, it gets extremely busy during the winter months, starting in November and lasting until February. If you understand the pros and cons of it.

Dubai Marina has both residential and commercial buildings and offices. Most of the popular companies are located in Dubai Marina. It has people from all around the world, you could experience different culture. Dubai Marina is good for relaxing around the water in cafes and restaurants. It is nearby to Marina mall, Nakheel mall, Palm Jumeriah, JLT, Blue water Island and JBR. Metro, tram and bus facilities are available. Not much parks for the kids to play but most of the residential buildings has swimming pool and play areas. Nice view of ships and cruise around. Views are amazing from the balconies of most of the buildings. Main tech hubs are situated here. People who wish to have peaceful, greenery place might not like this busy area.

Very lively and vibrant area! The Marina Walk/Promenade is the highlight of this community, with beautiful walking path along the marina harbour. This community has great restaurants across all cuisines. Weather gets windy during evening (non-summer months). Ample places for families to stroll, walk and enjoy. Lived here since a more than a year and absolutely loved it. Traffic can be a challenge during peak hours. Marina also offers great connectivity across tram, metro and bus. The community is very diverse with residents (and tourists) from all over the globe which adds to unique touch. Highlight recommended for young professionals and new families

Dubai Marina delivers on its promise of a vibrant, walkable lifestyle. The buzz of the neighbourhood is great - there's always energy, whether you're heading out for a morning coffee or an evening stroll. The Marina Walk is a genuine highlight, and the sheer variety of restaurants, cafés and shops on your doorstep is hard to beat. For anyone who wants convenience and a lively atmosphere, it genuinely delivers. The downsides are real though. Traffic can be seriously frustrating, particularly at peak hours, and the ongoing roadworks have added another layer of congestion that tests your patience. The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot. Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.

This is a mid-range building in a wonderful location. Traffic i limited and mostly specific to the area. Choitram/Tesco on the ground floor. Walking distance to metro, tram, JBR, the beach, and the upcoming Blue Water Island/Dubai Eye
