Dubai Marina is generally a great community; however, commute-wise, it is extremely difficult. Going in and out of the Marina is not necessarily the easiest commute. Additionally, because of the tram, you will encounter a lot of traffic lights. Let alone the fact that it is known for being a tourist community, it gets extremely busy during the winter months, starting in November and lasting until February.
