Sulafa Tower is one of the tallest residential buildings in Dubai Marina. The building offers good amenities and reliable maintenance, which helps ensure that facilities and common areas are kept in good condition. The tower is also conveniently located near the Dubai Tram station, making commuting easier for residents. In addition, there are several grocery stores nearby, providing easy access to daily necessities. For leisure and outdoor activities, the building is also close to Marina Walk, where residents can relax, take a walk, or enjoy the waterfront atmosphere. However, based on experience, the security personnel could be more courteous in their interactions with residents and visitors.

Common areas are being maintained properly, security wise 10/10. Living here for 2 years now.

I have been a tenant here for less than a year and after the change of Owners Association and strict implementation of residential leasing to bachelors and families, there has been a lesser crowd in the building and more spaces for the parking. The reception is quieter now than a few years back. The only hassle in here is the service road access and limited spaces for outside parking in this area.

The building seems to be well maintained after the fire issues that they had. The renovated gym is one of the best I have seen in the marina. The pool is very shalow, but still nice to have...by the way who needs pool when the beach is 100m away from your flat. Face recognition cameras are installed for entrance, which provides high security. Location wise, it cannot get better than it, as you are in five minutes walking on the beach, the promenade, tram or even metro is not far away. Overall a great place to stay and it can only get better as construction has been completed next to it.

Dubai Marina is one of the best communities in Dubai

Dubai Marina is generally a great community; however, commute-wise, it is extremely difficult. Going in and out of the Marina is not necessarily the easiest commute. Additionally, because of the tram, you will encounter a lot of traffic lights. Let alone the fact that it is known for being a tourist community, it gets extremely busy during the winter months, starting in November and lasting until February. If you understand the pros and cons of it.

Dubai Marina has both residential and commercial buildings and offices. Most of the popular companies are located in Dubai Marina. It has people from all around the world, you could experience different culture. Dubai Marina is good for relaxing around the water in cafes and restaurants. It is nearby to Marina mall, Nakheel mall, Palm Jumeriah, JLT, Blue water Island and JBR. Metro, tram and bus facilities are available. Not much parks for the kids to play but most of the residential buildings has swimming pool and play areas. Nice view of ships and cruise around. Views are amazing from the balconies of most of the buildings. Main tech hubs are situated here. People who wish to have peaceful, greenery place might not like this busy area.

Very lively and vibrant area! The Marina Walk/Promenade is the highlight of this community, with beautiful walking path along the marina harbour. This community has great restaurants across all cuisines. Weather gets windy during evening (non-summer months). Ample places for families to stroll, walk and enjoy. Lived here since a more than a year and absolutely loved it. Traffic can be a challenge during peak hours. Marina also offers great connectivity across tram, metro and bus. The community is very diverse with residents (and tourists) from all over the globe which adds to unique touch. Highlight recommended for young professionals and new families

Dubai Marina delivers on its promise of a vibrant, walkable lifestyle. The buzz of the neighbourhood is great - there's always energy, whether you're heading out for a morning coffee or an evening stroll. The Marina Walk is a genuine highlight, and the sheer variety of restaurants, cafés and shops on your doorstep is hard to beat. For anyone who wants convenience and a lively atmosphere, it genuinely delivers. The downsides are real though. Traffic can be seriously frustrating, particularly at peak hours, and the ongoing roadworks have added another layer of congestion that tests your patience. The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot. Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.
