Positives: Location - great part of the Marina. Close to marina mall, jbr and metro station etc. Amenities - great pool, decent gym, supermarket on the basement floor. Very useful! Staff/maintenance - staff and security here are great. Really friendly. Maintenance of the building is high. Always being cleaned and never issues with elevators or anything like that. Decor - super modern apartments. Negatives: Traffic around building - at certain times of the day there can be lots of traffic getting to and from Silverene. Getting onto to Al Marsa st or Al Gharbi st can sometimes be difficult. Noise - depending on where you are, you can hear road noise. Also, sound proofing isn’t amazing in this tower. Can hear neighbours TV and conversations through the walls at times. Price - expensive place to live

Silverene has to be the best, most clean, well kept residential tower in Dubai Marina. The common areas and pool are very well maintained and the Carrefour supermarket based on the B floor is fantastic especially when you need a pint of milk for your coffee first thing in the morning!!

The pool here gets sun throughout the day, unlike other towers in Marina. The quality of the interiors is also impeccable, and the building is pretty quiet throughout the day.

Dubai Marina is one of the best communities in Dubai

Dubai Marina is generally a great community; however, commute-wise, it is extremely difficult. Going in and out of the Marina is not necessarily the easiest commute. Additionally, because of the tram, you will encounter a lot of traffic lights. Let alone the fact that it is known for being a tourist community, it gets extremely busy during the winter months, starting in November and lasting until February. If you understand the pros and cons of it.

Dubai Marina has both residential and commercial buildings and offices. Most of the popular companies are located in Dubai Marina. It has people from all around the world, you could experience different culture. Dubai Marina is good for relaxing around the water in cafes and restaurants. It is nearby to Marina mall, Nakheel mall, Palm Jumeriah, JLT, Blue water Island and JBR. Metro, tram and bus facilities are available. Not much parks for the kids to play but most of the residential buildings has swimming pool and play areas. Nice view of ships and cruise around. Views are amazing from the balconies of most of the buildings. Main tech hubs are situated here. People who wish to have peaceful, greenery place might not like this busy area.

Very lively and vibrant area! The Marina Walk/Promenade is the highlight of this community, with beautiful walking path along the marina harbour. This community has great restaurants across all cuisines. Weather gets windy during evening (non-summer months). Ample places for families to stroll, walk and enjoy. Lived here since a more than a year and absolutely loved it. Traffic can be a challenge during peak hours. Marina also offers great connectivity across tram, metro and bus. The community is very diverse with residents (and tourists) from all over the globe which adds to unique touch. Highlight recommended for young professionals and new families

Dubai Marina delivers on its promise of a vibrant, walkable lifestyle. The buzz of the neighbourhood is great - there's always energy, whether you're heading out for a morning coffee or an evening stroll. The Marina Walk is a genuine highlight, and the sheer variety of restaurants, cafés and shops on your doorstep is hard to beat. For anyone who wants convenience and a lively atmosphere, it genuinely delivers. The downsides are real though. Traffic can be seriously frustrating, particularly at peak hours, and the ongoing roadworks have added another layer of congestion that tests your patience. The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot. Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.

The pool is very social, but lacks a life guard, so is not child friendly. Retail offering in the building is excellent - Tribe Fit gym, dry cleaners, Carrefour, nail salon, and a good selection of restaurants. Guest parking is very limited and needs to be improved as the cost is too high. There is little on street parking in the vicinity.
