Great location, close to metro, two grocery stores, mini-mart, and a Life pharmacy are across the street, nice private view from a big balcony far from the next buildings and every one having a marina view except perhaps the first two floors, plenty of parking, little traffic, what more can I ask for.
There is more. The AC cost is very low since it is included in building fee(I use no AC, security is good, the building is very clean, well-maintained and responsive. The pool is indoors and good to relax and float around in but not big enough to swim laps but was recently remodeled/re-grouted. There is a jacuzzi and two saunas as well.
The gym is better than most hotel gyms and the equipment consists of the same high-end brands that are used in paid gyms although the dumbells only go up to 50lbs but that seems common in these locations. I go there 4x/week and do power-lifting exercises, and they have everything I need except a squat rack, but I just do lunges and Zercher squats instead. Plenty of cardio machines of different types, a room for stretching with kettlebells and a wooden wall stretcher contraption, and a giant punching bag.
The traffic noise from the freeway is audible only from the balcony aside from the occasional revving of supercars driving by. Since the building is next to the water, it cannot get any farther from the expressway, and the next row of buildings do filter some. My apt is not facing the mosque, so I do not think that the volume of the prayer calls are loud.
The condition of my apartment (1bd) is good because it is well-maintained. I have lived here for over a year.
I looked at many other places before moving here, and have no regrets.
