Il palazzo è in una posizione privilegiata, all’inizio della movida di Jbr ma nella zona tranquilla di Dubai marina, dove il traffico non è congestionato, quindi non ci sono problemi per il rientro a casa. La spiaggia è molto beach club super famosi sono a 2 passi. Piscina e palestra ben tenute e attrezzate. Il palazzo è ben frequentato.

Posizione eccellente, a 2 passi dalla spiaggia, dalla passeggiata sulla marina, e dalla passeggiata al Jbr. Gli ambienti comuni sono puliti e in tutto lo stabile si può sentire profumo di pulito e profumi per l’ambiente. La piscina è vista mare, particolare che in poche location di Dubai marina, è comune. La palestra è profumata, con attrezzi di livello, e vista mare e piscina. Il palazzo è ottimamente frequentato. Ho passato una vacanza spettacolare.

L’ ingresso della torre è ben tenuto, pulito e profumato, la palestra e la piscina sono entrambi vista mare. Tutti gli ambienti comuni sono curati. La posizione è fantastica, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dalla passeggiata di Dubai marina.

It’s amazing building in great location… with sea view from one side and Marina walk from the other side . Very clean and cozy inside and green garden just make it feel more homie.

Gym and pool area are nice, especially since the latter was updated recently. Maintenance isnt great in the building and some of the staff can be rude. Traffic is also really quite bad around there and is loud, and parking is very narrow. Prices have also skyrocketed like the rest of Marina and you really cant justify them.

Dubai Marina is one of the best communities in Dubai

Dubai Marina is generally a great community; however, commute-wise, it is extremely difficult. Going in and out of the Marina is not necessarily the easiest commute. Additionally, because of the tram, you will encounter a lot of traffic lights. Let alone the fact that it is known for being a tourist community, it gets extremely busy during the winter months, starting in November and lasting until February. If you understand the pros and cons of it.

Dubai Marina has both residential and commercial buildings and offices. Most of the popular companies are located in Dubai Marina. It has people from all around the world, you could experience different culture. Dubai Marina is good for relaxing around the water in cafes and restaurants. It is nearby to Marina mall, Nakheel mall, Palm Jumeriah, JLT, Blue water Island and JBR. Metro, tram and bus facilities are available. Not much parks for the kids to play but most of the residential buildings has swimming pool and play areas. Nice view of ships and cruise around. Views are amazing from the balconies of most of the buildings. Main tech hubs are situated here. People who wish to have peaceful, greenery place might not like this busy area.

Very lively and vibrant area! The Marina Walk/Promenade is the highlight of this community, with beautiful walking path along the marina harbour. This community has great restaurants across all cuisines. Weather gets windy during evening (non-summer months). Ample places for families to stroll, walk and enjoy. Lived here since a more than a year and absolutely loved it. Traffic can be a challenge during peak hours. Marina also offers great connectivity across tram, metro and bus. The community is very diverse with residents (and tourists) from all over the globe which adds to unique touch. Highlight recommended for young professionals and new families
