Penthouses for sale in City Walk Residential Building 2A

Excellent Customer Support 👍 Friendly & Time Punctuality

Really central without the high-rise feel - low-rise villas and townhouses give a more residential, established neighborhood feel. Some internal roads/parking are tight, especially around older buildings

I visited Al Wasl some time ago and found the area pleasant. It has a nice atmosphere, with plenty of cafes and restaurants around.

Visited on a Friday evening - lots of energy, families out, street performers. Not somewhere I'd pick for total peace and quiet but great for lifestyle/walkability.

Loove visiting this place, as it has some of the coolest hotspots in Dubai; Coca-cola arena where I attended lots of great concerts, and the Green Planet that made me feel like I'm in the jungle. Apart from that, it's genuinely nice to just walk through and eat somewhere.

Love that place. Nice to visit on the weekend. They have cafés, boutiques, and homes on the same street
