I have been living in this building for 6 months now, honestly i have no complaints. The facilities are great, maintenance team is on site and always ready to help. Family friendly as well. It has the bus stop, metro station and taxis right outside so it's easy to commute.

The apartment is ok. Services are good, staff are nice but the construction noise is a bit too loud and they will do it even in Ramadan.

You think it's a great building, looks good, excellent facilities; then you listen to the drill noises every day 6 AM-6PM. Even in Ramadan. No sleep, no matter how much you complain they ignore you.

A lot of improvements need to be made particularly to the Pool gym and pool
