Properties for sale in Madinat Jumeirah Living

Madinat Jumeirah Living is a Meraas community in Umm Suqeim 3, Dubai. It's made up of apartment buildings grouped into named phases, and Lamaa, Lamtara, Jomana, and Al Jazi are among the completed ones. Newer phases such as Nourelle and Elara are still off-plan, so buyers searching for Madinat Jumeirah Living by Meraas can choose between ready homes and units with a handover still ahead.

Day to day, it's quiet. Many apartments look over landscaped gardens, pool decks, or parkland, and higher floors in buildings like Lamaa and Lamtara catch views of the Burj Al Arab. Some ground-floor homes come with private gardens and direct access to the shared facilities. The community has beach access, and Umm Suqeim Park and Sunset Beach are part of the wider neighborhood.

It suits buyers who want a calm coastal address close to established schools. Kings School Dubai and Raffles International School are both walkable, which matters for families planning the school run. The trade-off is transit. There's no metro station close by, so most residents drive, and street parking around Umm Suqeim fills up on weekend evenings.
