Arabian Ranches is a well known master community development, built by Emaar in Dubai. It’s famous for being one of the first of many freehold residential developments where properties for sale were open for purchase by non UAE nationals. It’s located right off the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Umm Suqeim Road interchange, with Global Village on one side and Motor City on the other.

Smaller families can enjoy the 3 and 4 bedroom villas whilst larger families will appreciate the size of the 5, 6 and 7 bedroom villas that can be found in Arabian Ranches.
