What sold us wasn’t just the Arabian-inspired architecture, the warm stone facades, the arched details — though they genuinely are something. It was the everyday things. A proper lake with dedicated walking and cycling trails, away from any traffic. Parks connecting to more parks. A clubhouse with pools, sports courts, and green space all within a short walk. A Town Centre.
