Project Overview

The project is being developed jointly by Buddha-Bar Real Estate Development (in association with Yieldhaüs) and other leading hospitality and real-estate developers. The project includes three primary components:

A 162-room Buddha-Bar Hotel, with one newly-branded residences floor.
24 Floating Residences by Buddha-Bar: three-level luxury residences over water, with rooftop decks, underwater living rooms and oceanic views.
Buddha-Bar Beach: a signpost beach-club property where restaurant, lounge and social nightlife are anchored in the island location.

The Buddha-Bar Hotel and Floating Residences guarantee a design-driven experience merging Far Eastern, modern luxury and interactive ambiance. Deep reds, gold touches, Asian colonial patterns and lounge-style architecture will adorn interiors.
