I have been living here for the last two years, and my building and the other buildings in this community are calm and family-friendly. It is a very peaceful community, and I like walking here day or night and enjoying the fresh air and greenery. I feel safe here as the security system is highly organized. For example, no one can enter the building without providing their details, and they also call the apartment owner to confirm if they are expecting a visitor. To me, I feel like this is a VIP service here, as it is very important to me to know that the building I am living in is secure. Another major advantage is the location. Since the building is located in the center of Dubai, it is only 15-20 min away from many places, including the Burj Khalifa, Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Hills Mall, Miracle Garden, Palm Jumeirah, Kite Beach, and much more. In addition, this building is accessible from four different roads: Sheik Zayed Road, Al Khail Road, Al Asayel Street, and First Al Khail Street. This reduces the time you spend in traffic and increases the time you spend with your family or friends.
