It is luxery downtown next to famose Burj Khalifa, all necessary services, shoppings, restaurants, metro and public transport are very close. At the same time it is came place to sleep because double glasses window protect from outside. Surely recommend to all!

I've had an experience to live in Standpoint Tower2 and can reccomend that place as the best and comfortable convinient and affordable price with high quality.

I’ve been a resident since 2015. Very good location in downtown with walking distance to the mall, opera, F&B. The security and reception are excellent and responsive. Main downside is the noise from the street from stupid loud cars and construction. Apartments are good.

You are surrounded by non stop noise, the building is totally surrounded by construction from all angles and access to the building is painful because of traffic and construction. Easily the worse building on the the boulevard.

Very good staffs,gym and swimming pool are good.
