Damac Heights

I think it's one of the best Damac properties. Best pool in Dubai Marina, security is always alert, facilities are good. The only drawback is that the gym is small, but it's rarely full. I would recommend the units facing the Marina, those are the best.

Super friendly environment !! Safe for kids with appropriate security measures... perfect bundle with pool kids activities and gym everything is available within the property and maintenance is very clean and hygienic!! 

The building area is very awesome. 
Even the staff and maintenance team are on time. 
It's good. 

I would consider this the best tower in Marina because of multiple factors: fantastic swimming pool area, marble everywhere, excellent location, and great management.

i have been living in dubai marina for the 6 years different towers , i recently bought my house in damac heights , and i can never complain , beautiful views and very good quality and best facilities i have ever seen over dubai marina  , i have been into many buildings in marina but nothing like damac heights , management are very responsive and stuff working is very friendly.
love it here and i don't think i will ever move to somewhere else

I lived there its very secure all stuff friendly and there is bellboy help you alwaye .
Also the sea view very amazing you can see the sunset and fireworks 
There is no noise because of double glass and parking they can allow the visitor to come inside by permission .
I very recommend last thing the delivery for allresturant can reach you easily

Dubai Marina is a beautiful place with amazing waterfront views, great restaurants, and a lively atmosphere. It's perfect for a walk, relaxing, or enjoying the city skyline.

Dubai Marina is one of the best communities in Dubai

Dubai Marina is generally a great community; however, commute-wise, it is extremely difficult.

Going in and out of the Marina is not necessarily the easiest commute. Additionally, because of the tram, you will encounter a lot of traffic lights. Let alone the fact that it is known for being a tourist community, it gets extremely busy during the winter months, starting in November and lasting until February.

If you understand the pros and cons of it. 

Dubai Marina has both residential and commercial buildings and offices. Most of the popular companies are located in Dubai Marina. It has people from all around the world, you could experience different culture. Dubai Marina is good for relaxing around the water in cafes and restaurants. It is nearby to Marina mall, Nakheel mall, Palm Jumeriah, JLT, Blue water Island and JBR. Metro, tram and bus facilities are available. Not much parks for the kids to play but most of the residential buildings has swimming pool and play areas. Nice view of ships and cruise around. Views are amazing from the balconies of most of the buildings. Main tech hubs are situated here. People who wish to have peaceful, greenery place might not like this busy area.

Very lively and vibrant area! The Marina Walk/Promenade is the highlight of this community, with beautiful walking path along the marina harbour. This community has great restaurants across all cuisines. Weather gets windy during evening (non-summer months). Ample places for families to stroll, walk and enjoy. Lived here since a more than a year and absolutely loved it. Traffic can be a challenge during peak hours. Marina also offers great connectivity across tram, metro and bus. The community is very diverse with residents (and tourists) from all over the globe which adds to unique touch. Highlight recommended for young professionals and new families

The Marina Walk is a genuine highlight, and the sheer variety of restaurants, cafés and shops on your doorstep is hard to beat. The downsides are real though. Traffic can be seriously frustrating, particularly at peak hours, and the ongoing roadworks have added another layer of congestion that tests your patience. The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot.

Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.
