Always buy/rent higher floor 45+, the views are extraordinary. We can see the Blue Waters island, Palm Jumeirah, World islands and the new Dubai Harbour and Lighthouse waterfront development.

Sea views are fantastic from high floor. Size of 3 bedroom & 2 living room around 4,000sqft is good for a big family. Overall the best tower in Dubai Marina.
