Compared with newer buildings in more remote areas such as JVC, this building offers much better access to established infrastructure while remaining reasonably priced for Dubai Marina.

The recently renovated lobby looks excellent and gives the building a much more luxurious, almost five-star feel. PAM is clearly making an effort to improve the property and its management. The building also has a spacious outdoor pool and a barbecue area, and many apartments have open, practical layouts that may suit people who follow Vastu principles.

There is still room for improvement. A larger gym, a children’s play area or garden, and a good café such as Costa or Starbucks on the ground floor would make the building even better. Continuous attention to maintenance would also help the property reach its full potential.

Overall, Marina Diamond 6 offers excellent value for tenants who want to save money without giving up a central location and convenient transport. It is also worth considering for buyers looking for an investment or rental property, including holiday rentals where permitted. Dubai Marina is a beautiful place with amazing waterfront views, great restaurants, and a lively atmosphere. It's perfect for a walk, relaxing, or enjoying the city skyline.

Dubai Marina is one of the best communities in Dubai

Dubai Marina is generally a great community; however, commute-wise, it is extremely difficult.

Going in and out of the Marina is not necessarily the easiest commute. Additionally, because of the tram, you will encounter a lot of traffic lights. Let alone the fact that it is known for being a tourist community, it gets extremely busy during the winter months, starting in November and lasting until February.

Dubai Marina has both residential and commercial buildings and offices. Most of the popular companies are located in Dubai Marina. It has people from all around the world, you could experience different culture. Dubai Marina is good for relaxing around the water in cafes and restaurants. It is nearby to Marina mall, Nakheel mall, Palm Jumeriah, JLT, Blue water Island and JBR. Metro, tram and bus facilities are available. Not much parks for the kids to play but most of the residential buildings has swimming pool and play areas. Nice view of ships and cruise around. Views are amazing from the balconies of most of the buildings. Main tech hubs are situated here. People who wish to have peaceful, greenery place might not like this busy area.

Very lively and vibrant area! The Marina Walk/Promenade is the highlight of this community, with beautiful walking path along the marina harbour. This community has great restaurants across all cuisines. Weather gets windy during evening (non-summer months). Ample places for families to stroll, walk and enjoy. Lived here since a more than a year and absolutely loved it. Traffic can be a challenge during peak hours. Marina also offers great connectivity across tram, metro and bus. The community is very diverse with residents (and tourists) from all over the globe which adds to unique touch. Highlight recommended for young professionals and new families

The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot.

Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.
