"We just moved into our own property on 10th september 2023 and since then qe are in love with the building and the area, the building has 5 elevators which helps access the gym, sauna, steam, and pool easily (located on 1st floor), the building is secure as we cannot enter or exit if the security doesnt accept our verification or if we dont have access key card, the gym, steam, pool and sauna also require key card, there is a barber shop, a restaurant, and a supermarket below the building and parking is amazing too, there is a amazing green park right infront of the building which has a soccer playground and a basketball court, it also has place for sitting, running, walking and cycling. Nestled within the embrace of this architectural masterpiece, we've discovered a world of convenience and luxury. Our building stands as a testament to modern living, boasting not one, but five elevators that whisk us effortlessly to the wonders that await. The gym, sauna, steam room, and pool, all nestled on the first floor, have become extensions of our home, accessible with unparalleled ease. Security, our steadfast guardian, ensures our peace of mind; entry and exit rely on nothing less than their vigilant approval, or the touch of our access key card. Venturing beyond our sanctuary, we find an assortment of amenities right at our doorstep. A barber shop for that impeccable grooming, a restaurant for gastronomic delights, and a supermarket for everyday essentials - all mere steps away. And the parking facilities, a harmonious blend of convenience and space, make daily life a breeze. But it's not just about the building; it's the neighborhood too. A lush green park, a natural haven, graces our view, replete with soccer playgrounds and basketball courts, inviting us to partake in sport and relaxation. The park also provides ample space for leisurely strolls, invigorating runs, and leisurely cycles, weaving nature into the fabric of our daily lives. What truly sets our location apart is its connectivity. Everything we hold dear, be it the bustling downtown, the grandeur of the Dubai Mall, the allure of Mall of Emirates, the vibrant JBR, the captivating Marina, or the elegance of Dubai Hills Mall, is just a short drive away. In a mere 15 minutes, we can access the pulse of the city, embracing its diverse offerings. In this review, I find myself basking in the glow of our remarkable building and the splendid surroundings it introduces us to. It's more than a home; it's a lifestyle, a choice we cherish every day.
