The title says it all. The building inside is always dirty, trashy , smelly, and full of cockroaches. You will face many maintenance issues and water problems. And the cockroaches will invade the space no matter how many time you bring pest control. And not to forget the noise from the highway and from the neighbors that have absolutely no respect for night time. The pool is always dirty, the gym’s machine are all out of service. The parking ramp is the most dangerous ive ever seen. The elevator are always not working. I strongly do not recommend staying even 5 minutes in this building. And especially do not trust the agent.

Tower is located at the heart of DSO and very easy commute. Covered parking means, its fully covered & secured 24X7. Bus top is right next to the building and taxis are available at anytime.
