So before asking me:
“Can you reduce the price?”
Ask:
“What is my real total cost to enter the deal?”
Because the cheapest asking price does not always mean the cheapest purchase.
One property may look AED 10K cheaper and still cost you more once the entry costs are added.
That is why I compare the final acquisition cost, not just the number written at the top of the listing.
