1-BHK at Binghatti HavenThe official Binghatti page currently shows a 1-bedroom unit starting at AED 1,299,999 with a starting area of 900 sq ft, although that particular inventory is marked sold out on Binghatti's site.
That's actually a very large 1-BHK compared with many newer Dubai projects, so the layout/size is one of Haven's attractions.

Amenities — very goodHaven is designed around a sports + wellness concept. The project includes:

Location — Dubai Sports CityThis is a good location if you prefer quiet residential living and sports facilities over being directly in Downtown/Business Bay.
It has access toward Motor City, Dubai Production City and major roads, and the project is positioned around a golf/sports-oriented environment.
The trade-off is that it is not as central as Business Bay or Downtown. If your priority is walking to Dubai Mall, Metro, restaurants and offices, I would choose a central project instead.
