Spacious & Bright | Modern Layout | Closed Kitchen

I moved to OP1 recently and find this building the best in sports city. My kids love building play area. Building is well maintained. Golf club view from apartments is amazing with easy access to multiple roads. Apartments are. very spacious with big close kitchen and large balcony. Building has own chiller and it’s big relief.

Olympic park towers are the best option for family in Dubai Sports City. OP1 apartments are very spacious and all apartments have balcony. This is chiller free building and has amazing kids play area. This is the best play area. Building maintenance is very good and there is ample parking for visitors. Building is located very close to MBZ road and Al Khail road.

Olympic Park 1 is one of the best building in sports city. Its very spacious and well maintained building. Building has own chiller and huge kids play area. Apartments are big, closed kitchen, ample storage space, nice view of golf club. Easy access to MBZ road, Al Khail and Hessa Street.

I am living here for almost 2 years and I find this building apartment layout is the best. Building is maintained at reasonable level and building services are good. One of the good part of this building is "Kids Play Area", best in sports city. Building is located at prime location with full/partial golf view and direct view of highway as well. Only issue I see is lack of retail and restaurants in Sports City.

The building maintenance is really bad. The smell of sewerage coming through the A/C at night is disgusting. The A/C never works properly, especially in the middle of the summer. Plumbing in the kitchen keeps getting backed up! The pool is not chilled. The layout and size of the apartments is really good, such a shame about the building itself. Avoid at all costs

The AC here is terrible. Most apartments in this building have terrible electrical and plumbing quality. I was initially impressed by the spacious layouts of these apartments, but what is the point if you cant have a functional AC 90% of the time? Stay away as much as possible.
