Fully upgraded I Lake view I high floor

The building is poorly maintained. There are only four elevators, which is not enough, and, in addition, to that either of them is constantly out of service. Surrounded by construction sites, which leads to limited parking slots and traffic constraints.

Great location in JLT: Peaceful with unoccupied towers in Cluster B, easy drive access, short walk to the metro, and air-conditioned bridge to Marina. For the best experience, choose a corner unit(Mid-high floor) near Sheikh Zayed Road. You'll enjoy the views of Almas Lake and the Marina. The large double balcony, full bath and separate shower add to the comfort. I enjoyed stay there, while price are good.

Lake View Tower in JLT is a hidden gem offering convenience and tranquility. Cluster B has fewer residents, while the other two buildings are not yet occupied. I stayed in a higher-floor corner unit facing Almas Lake and Sheikh Zayed Road, with large double balconies in both the bedroom and living room. The night views of Almas Lake and the Marina from these floors are stunning. The building is close to the metro and just a short, air-conditioned walk to the Marina. I enjoyed my stay there when prices were still reasonable.

In my opinion, it is one of the best buildings in JLT. The apartments and the community area are very good. I love the full-height windows in the apartments with an amazing view of the lake and Almas Tower. The building is well-maintained, clean, and the staff are very friendly and supportive. The swimming pool area, gym, and sauna are great and clean. A small detail, but I love the full-height window with a view of Dubai Marina in the common corridor, which brightens my day while leaving my apartment each morning. It is very close to the metro. The JLT area, in general, is great for outdoor activities lovers, with its basketball, football, tennis, outdoor gym courts, and walkway for jogging and walking.

I have been in this tower for almost 3 years and I love it .. great relaxing lake views especially on the lower floors. Very friendly staff. Quality of neighbours is pleasant as well :)
