Upgraded 1BR+Study | Lake View | Spacious

I recently moved in and i am very happy. The building is well maintained and very well located. Family and pet friendly. It is close to the metro station and to DMCC. Direct access to the walk along the lakes, and to sports amenities in the area. The gym needs renovation though and building management informed that it is up for renovation next year. 🤞 This year they are upgrading the entrance lobby.

Recently moved in. Very nice and well maintained building. The location is perfect. Quiet, close to metro station and DMCC, promenade around the lakes, and sports facilities. The gym in the building needs renovation but the management says this is planned for early next year 🤞 after the lobby renovation this year.

Good building and location, worst maintenance management. Constant water leakages and shut down of water in the whole building.

Large modern with spectacular views, chiller free, easy access to the building close to sheikh zayed road and metro and tram , jbr beach is very near as well

Initially I moved into the building when I was a bachelor, it was a good experience. I left Dubai, came back and moved to a different building, but when my family joined me, I decided that I need to move back to this building again and I am very happy and satisfied as before.
