I am a new Tenant in this beautiful building and I make that choice as it looks nice. Since I have signed the contract I have entered in a nightmare. To get an access permit and move in permit the management is asking many checks further to the security checks already provided to landlord. Be careful (signage checks, move in checks, clearance not only from you but they can stop you on landlord issues). They do not care and it tooks for me one month of payed rent just to get and access permit. Then again with this access permit you can not do anything because you start to deal with the security of the building and either you accept to go with their suggested companies, or deal with their requests or they complicate your life putting obstacles to whatever you do. It is like dealing with an enemy in the place where you invest to do your business. Be very careful before considering to go to the Binary and dealing with Omniyat.
