There is no doubt Azure is looking a little ragged at present but this is because owners have not been paying their maintenance fees and the buildings managers had no resources to do anything other than essential work. This seems to be changing and more cosmetic work is scheduled. The location and views are amazing and it is much nicer living in a low-rise property.
