The building used to be good, but maintenance has been dropping. You'll see rusty water if you travel and don't use the sink for a week. Very dirty and noisy tenants. They let kids scream in the halls. The halls are dirty and it's not getting cleaned frequently. Also, the dirty tenant's garbage drips on the floor, and a nasty smell in the garbage chute because they don't tie their waste before throwing it. Gym is very small with old and underequipped machines. Certain nationalities have some loud rituals with bells and music. You can't have peace of mind in this tower. Security will not help in controlling the noise For the rental price in this building, you can find way better alternatives

One of the best equipped gym and pool. Very well maintained tower. Security staff is nice and courteous. Very close to metro station and access to SZR. Ample guest parking beside the standard towers parkings.

Very well maintained tower. Excellent location next to metro and good security staff and building maintenance. Very good pool, steamroom and jacuzzi. Amongst better towers of JLT.
