Fantastic office well maintained. Eazy to access and leave. Good management.

The building is dark and cold inside. It has some of the slowest lifts in Dubai. Unless your don`t rent the entire floor- you only get 1-2 parking spaces. Good side- few good restaurants in the area to have a proper lunch break.
