My office moved to Mazaya Business Avenue BB1 a short while ago and the experience has not been anything short of a mess. Security is not present, with anyone and everyone being granted access to teh building without control at reception. Upon going through security, the lifts are simply really awful: it takes ages, huge crowds accumulate, the lift is packed and this is in the positive scenario where all lifts are working - which is not a regular thing. Toilets and the pantry are seriously a mess and really dirty, and to add the cherry on top of everything the whole floor smells like cigarette since the emergency exit is a common area for disrespectful people to have many cigarettes during teh day (also because the lift can restrict the will of people to get to ground level, given the huge time it can take to go downstairs). Overall, I really recommend people to consider other options.

This building is one of the worst I've had to work in, ever. The elevators are always crowded and security won't help. There are often days where a 30min wait to get up or down is normal. Common areas are dirty and poorly cleaned. Especially toilets. Big problem with smoking in the fire escape
