Fully Furnished – Spacious Layout – Pool View

It’s a good location and very good building to stay. Newly built and all amenities nearby.

I’ve been living there for almost two years, and overall it’s been a great experience. The building is well maintained, with nice seasonal decorations that keep things lively. The staff are very friendly, and security is responsive and attentive to residents’ needs. Cleanliness is consistently up to a high standard across all floors. Parking in the area is plentiful, with plenty of available spaces. There’s also a great pool area and a children’s playground, which adds to the overall appeal. There’s also a gym space that’s well-equipped and sufficient for a proper workout, along with a steam area. I just wish the jacuzzi was operational. All in all, I really enjoy living here and would happily choose to stay.

It’s not about maintenance the building has lots of leakage and flaws. Maintenance team is poor but building management is ok but they never responds but actions on it without responding to any of our queries
