Overall: building has two sides. The northern side -the best- is quite facing a campound, only villa. Southern side facing 311 highway so expect some traffic noise (especially trucks moving around) but it is around 600m away so not that noisy. Also, the railway works gives that extra noise during the day but again, not really disturbing. From the building you have access to all amenities. Close to carrefour, spinneys, bars, tennis courts and also green areas. Security and maintenance wise, nothing to complain about. Parkings in the area are free -JAFZA- so no hassle for visitors. However, due to some hotels in the area, expect high parking occupancy during peak seasons. Transportation is just one minute walk to the bus station.
